Delete your SAIvoc account and data
App: SAIvoc · Developer: PostAI Studio · Last updated: September 24, 2026
There are two ways to have your SAIvoc account and its associated data permanently deleted: from inside the App, or by emailing us. Both are described below. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
1. Delete your account in the App
If you can still open SAIvoc and sign in, this is the fastest way and takes effect immediately:
- Open SAIvoc and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Home → Account/Profile (tap your account tile on the Home screen).
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, then confirm your identity with your password or your Google account.
Deleting the account from the App permanently removes:
- your Firebase Authentication account for SAIvoc;
- your synced SAIvoc dictionary data stored under your account in our Cloud Firestore database (every word document stored for your account, including deletion markers);
- the saved word photos associated with that account on the device you are using;
- the nickname saved for that account.
Confirming your identity is required because the deletion is irreversible. You are never asked for your password anywhere except the App's own sign-in and confirmation screens.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the App installed, cannot sign in, or simply prefer to ask us, you can request deletion without reinstalling SAIvoc:
- Email developersupport5@gmail.com.
- Send it from the email address associated with your SAIvoc account, so we can verify the request.
- Use a clear subject such as “SAIvoc account deletion request”.
- Include enough information to identify the account — for example the email address or Google account you signed in with, and whether you used Google Sign-In or email and password.
Never send us your password. We will never ask for it, and we cannot use it. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the account owner, we may ask for additional non-sensitive details before deleting anything.
Once verified, the same data listed in section 1 that is stored under your account on our side — your Firebase Authentication account and your synced dictionary data — is deleted.
3. Data stored only on your device
Some SAIvoc data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers or linked to your account, so there is nothing for us to delete on the server side. This includes:
- AI Teacher conversation history and transcripts;
- learning statistics and training progress;
- App settings such as theme, sound, interface and learning language.
You can remove this data at any time by clearing SAIvoc's app storage in your Android settings, or by uninstalling the App. SAIvoc remains fully usable without an account after deletion, as a guest.
Vocabulary added without signing in is different. It starts out on your device only, but if you later sign in on that device for the first time, that existing vocabulary is adopted by the account you sign in with and is then backed up to your account in our Cloud Firestore database. From that point it is account data, and deleting your account removes it as described in section 1.
4. Retention
Data stored only on your device is retained until you remove it, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. Authentication-related account data remains in Firebase Authentication until the account is deleted, as described above. Information previously sent to third-party service providers may be retained according to their own privacy policies, legal obligations, and retention practices.
Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
5. Privacy Policy
